  2. The Controller collects your personal data (in the form of first and last name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided in the message), in particular through contact forms available at https://exacto-group.com order to respond to your requests.
  3. In the above case, the data processing may take place pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking steps aimed at agreement execution) or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in responding to questions and informing about available products and services).
  4. In the case of persons who grant their consent to receiving commercial communications and information, the Controller will process the data indicated in the contact form in order to direct marketing communications and other information concerning the Controller’s activities.
  5. In the above case, the data processing takes place pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in promotional and information activities) and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent expressed).

The personal data of users using www.linkedin.com/company/exacto-group are processed in order to respond to messages addressed to the Controller, to conduct discussions within the scope of comments under the posts, to make the Controller’s posts available to observers, for marketing purposes consisting in the submission by the Controller of information about products and services and for statistical purposes consisting in the use of statistical data about displays of posts, their reach, number of interactions and demographic data of observing users provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.
  2. The provision of personal data through www.linkedin.com/company/exacto-group is voluntary. Due to the rules for the operation of www.linkedin.com applied by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, sending an e-mail or commenting on the post means automatic transfer of the first and last name and photo to the Controller.
  3. The processing of personal data of Users of www.linkedin.com/company/exacto-group takes place pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. in order to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interests in the scope of interaction with Users, to respond to messages and comments, to provide posts and to carry out the analysis of statistical data.
  4. Detailed information on the processing of personal data of Users of www.linkedin.com is available at www.linkedin.com/psettings. At any time, the User may delete comments under the Data Controller’s posts, cease to observe www.linkedin.com/company/exacto-group or delete their account at www.linkedin.com.

§ 4 Use of Fanpage facebook.com/ExactoGroup

The personal data of Users using the Fanpage www.facebook.com/ExactoGroup are processed in order to respond to private messages addressed to the Controller, to conduct discussions within the scope of comments under the posts, to make the Controller’s posts available to observers of the Fanpage, for marketing purposes consisting in the submission by the Controller of information about products and services and for statistical purposes consisting in the use of statistical data about displays of posts, their reach, number of interactions and demographic data of observing users provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd

  1. The provision of personal data on the Fanpage www.facebook.com/ExactoGroup is voluntary. Due to the rules for the operation of www.facebook.com applied by Facebook Ireland Ltd, sending an e-mail or commenting on the post means automatic transfer of the first and last name and photo on this website to the Controller.
  2. The processing of personal data of Users of the Fanpage www.facebook.com/ExactoGroup takes place pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. in order to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interests in the scope of interaction with Users, to respond to messages and comments, to provide posts and to carry out the analysis of statistical data connected with the Fanpage.
  3. Detailed information on the processing of personal data of Users of www.facebook.com is available at www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. At any time, the User may delete comments under the Data Controller’s posts, cease to observe the Fanpage www.facebook.com/ExactoGroup or delete their account at www.facebook.com.

§ 5 Rules for the data processing and rights

  1. The Controller protects data in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable provisions of law, takes care of data security and respects the right to privacy.
  2. All data are processed only on secured servers, under the rules resulting from the generally applicable provisions of law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDPR’).
  3. The Controller exercises special care to protect data subjects’ interests, in particular it ensures that data collected thereby are:
    • processed in accordance with law,
    • collected for designated legitimate purposes and not further processed contrary to those purposes,
    • substantively correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  4. The Controller makes your personal data available to a minimum extent necessary for the proper functioning of https://exacto-group.com and will not make your personal data available outside the European Economic Area.
  5. The Controller will not use your personal data for automated data processing within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
